Greg and Hooker might have met our match with Brian Mitchell from Twisted Manzanita Ales.  Luckily we have a guest co-host to help us out on this episode, Angel Avox.  This episode we interview Brian and talk about his San Diego brewing history, however this episode goes in so many directions.  We talk about so many things, from beer to music to even masturbation.  I’m also pretty sure the show is going to be sued by Prince, yes the musician.  Thanks Brian!

Interview:

Brian has a long history of working in the beer industry in San Diego.  From the now closed down La Jolla Brewhouse, to Ballast Point, to Helm’s Brewing, and now Twisted Manzanita Ales.  He tells it like it is and does not hold back.  Listen to this honest interview, you will see that the San Diego beer scene is not all flowers and rainbows.

Episode #3: Wet ‘N Reckless Brewing

(NSFW)

On the third episode of San Diego BeerTalk Radio we go back to one of the many breweries in San Diego.  However, this brewery is not currently brewing beer.  We interview Dave and Chris from Wet ‘N Reckless.

Interview:

Dave and Chris talk about the current state of the brewery.  We also talk about the kickstarter to rebuild the new brewery.  Please give back if you can.  We also get an EXCLUSIVE on the show about the new brewery.  We talk about how the brewery got started and the philosophy of the brewery.  Dave talks about how he brews what he wants to brew and doesn’t follow any guidelines.  Whether you agree with him or not, you can’t argue with his passion.
