It’s been a while since we talked. Our guest in this episode is Paul Sangster from Rip Current Brewing and I have some help from a few knowledgable co-hosts. My co-hosts for this show are Ryan Flinn and Matt Woempner from Mobile West Canning.
We talk to Paul about everything from homebrewing to starting a brewery. We also talk about Green Flash buying Alpine Brewing. Is that a good thing for Alpine? Is that a good thing for Green Flash? Is it is a good ting for San Diego beer? We get into some geeky conversations about how important water is in the brewing process and how hard it can be to get hops. Rip Current is opening a new tasting room in North Park, we talk about its possible opening date and how it will be different from the brewery.
